2. Scope of services

ViaDux provides tourism-related information, travel package offers, quote management, booking coordination, agency account features, and related communication services. Final travel arrangements may include third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, and local partners.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or creating accounts.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Quotes, bookings, and confirmation

  • Website content, package descriptions, and quote responses do not automatically constitute a binding booking confirmation unless explicitly confirmed by ViaDux.
  • Prices, availability, and itinerary details may change until final written confirmation.
  • You must review all booking details and report any errors promptly.
  • Special requests are handled on a best-effort basis unless confirmed in writing.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are provided in the currency specified in the quote/invoice.
  • Payment terms, due dates, and methods are defined in the applicable quote, invoice, or contract.
  • Late or incomplete payment may result in cancellation, service delays, or additional charges where legally permitted.
  • You are responsible for taxes, bank fees, and transfer charges unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation, changes, and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the confirmed package, travel dates, supplier terms, and written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in your specific quote/contract, the standard cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking applies.

Any change request (dates, hotels, routes, passenger count) may affect availability and price. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and third-party suppliers.

7. Traveler responsibilities

  • You are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) and compliance with border/entry rules.
  • You are responsible for personal insurance unless explicitly included.
  • You must comply with local laws and supplier rules during travel.
  • Behavior that endangers others or damages property may result in service refusal without refund where legally allowed.

8. Third-party suppliers

Some services are delivered by third parties. ViaDux coordinates these services but is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, interruptions, strikes, weather events, border closures, or force majeure events caused by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViaDux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or travel disruption caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

10. Intellectual property

All website content (text, design, logos, graphics, photos, software, and structure) is owned by or licensed to ViaDux and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written permission.
